Terms of Service
The use of services from HostFLV.com constitutes agreement to these terms.
1.) Account Setup / Email on file
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In dedicated server purchases or high risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied.
Transfers
Our support team will make every effort to help you move your site to us, however, we can not make guarantees of the transfer process. We provide this as a courtesy service and can not make guarantees regarding its availability or the amount of time it may take as each host is configured a little differently. We will try our best, however, in some cases we may be unable to assist you in a transfer of data from an old host.
2.) Content
All services provided by HostFLV.com may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Florida (Our Datacenter location), the State of New York, and the United States of America apply.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HostFLV.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email admin@HostFLV.com with the information required.
Examples of unacceptable material on all accounts* include:
No Free Hosting allowed. You are not allowed to give away hosting in exchange for advertising or just to be friendly. If you want to give an account to a neighbor, family member or friend, that is fine..... we are talking about advertising to the public and offering a free hosting account to anyone that signs up. This is an invitation for people that will abuse the system resources. This includes penny hosting and other ways to try and get around this rule. If we feel you are offering services that put the rest of the customers on your server in jeopardy, your account will be in jeopardy too! If you need to give away free hosting, you will need a dedicated server!
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums that distribute or link to warez content is prohibited.

HostFLV.com provides the space and transfer in good faith to our Customers so that they may create their Websites without the fear of running over their Web traffic allocation. While most Customers will use the space and traffic for their legitimate Web site needs, we recognize that others may try to take advantage of our offer and use the space and traffic in ways for which it is not intended. In the best interests of our Customers and in an effort to maintain the integrity of our service, the following common sense rules will apply:
Customer's site must use and store only the information and data that relates to the Website, at the IP address provided by HostFLV.com.
Customer may not use Customer's Website to store Web pages, files or data for other IP addresses or domain names, nor may Customer use its Website as a repository for file, data or "Warez group" download transfers. HostFLV.com reserves the right to make this determination, in its sole and absolute discretion;
HostFLV.com's bandwidth policy is to provide HostFLV.com's customers with storage space and bandwidth for active Web pages and cannot be used as a "storage space" for electronic files. An example of sites that fall under "electronic storage" are large archives of images, compressed files, movies, or sound files.
The storage and distribution of audio/video format files over 500 MB in size (each) via HostFLV.com network is prohibited.
HostFLV.com does not permit sites where 80% or more of the monthly traffic is from file downloads, or sites that use more than 80% of system resources, or sites which in HostFLV.com's view are detrimental to the enjoyment of HostFLV.com services by HostFLV.com's other clients, or are in the sole and final judgment of HostFLV.com, detrimental to network or business operations. All images in a Customer's hosting account must be linked to from pages within the Customer's hosting account. It is a violation of this agreement if Customer uses this account as merely an image, sound or file library.
HostFLV.com may take whatever steps necessary to provide its services, and to provide for the enjoyment of such services by all of HostFLV.com clients, and to ensure that certain clients do not utilize services to the detriment of other clients. Customers with Websites that do not comply with these simple rules, or who seek to take advantage of HostFLV.com unlimited storage or traffic plan in any other way, will, at the discretion of HostFLV.com , have their sites canceled and/or removed from the servers and have service charges assessed at the discretion of HostFLV.com .
HostFLV.com will be the sole and final arbiter as to Websites or usages of resources that constitute violation or intent to violate our policies. Websites which HostFLV.com must suspend or cancel due to violation of these rules are not eligible to receive a refund for unused service, and are subject to charges for bandwidth and usage of resources at twice the standard rate for such resources. Acceptance of these Terms of Services, and/or use of Company's services constitutes an acceptance of any fines, penalties or service charges which might arise out of violation of these policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice.
Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via troubleticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita):
Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
Resellers: we will suspend the site in question and will notify you so you may terminate the account. We will further monitor your activity; more than one infraction of this type may result in the immediate termination of your account.
Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice.
Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password. It is required that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password.
3.) Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double opt-in" will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

Sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. This provision includes, but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups. No organization or entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
HostFLV.com reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.
HostFLV.com reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. This cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of HostFLV.com.
4.) Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from HostFLV.com, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify HostFLV.com of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
Cancellations must be done in writing via the cancellation form provided. Once we receive your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with you via e-mail, we will inform you that your account has been canceled. At this time, your account with us has been canceled. If you do not hear back from us or receive an e-mail confirming this cancellation, please contact us immediately.
As a client of HostFLV.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. HostFLV.com provides a 10 day grace period from the time the invoice is due and when it must be paid. Any invoice that is overdue for 10 days and not paid will result in a $10 late fee and/or an account suspension until account balance has been paid in full.
HostFLV.com reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at anytime.
5.) Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. HostFLV.com is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on HostFLV.com servers.
6.) Cancellations and Refunds
HostFLV.com reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
Customers may cancel at any time via a cancellation form. HostFLV.com gives you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on managed shared hosting, and reseller solution's. There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, hosting add-ons or domain name purchases.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
7a.) Resource Usage
User may not:
a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
b) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
c) Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.
d) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
e) Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. Please note that you may link to torrents off server, but may not host or store them.
f) Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
g) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc
h) Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes
When using PHP include functions for including a local file, include the local file rather than the URL. Instead of include("http://yourdomain.com/include.php") use include("include.php")
7b.) INODES
The use of more than 50,000 inodes on any shared account may potentially result in suspension. Accounts found to be exceeding the 50,000 inode limit will automatically be removed from our backup system to avoid overusage. Every file on your account uses up 1 inode.
Simply exceeding the limit does not constitute grounds for suspension however accounts that constantly create and delete large numbers of files on a regular basis or causing file system damage may cause your account to be flagged for review.
8.) Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.
9a.) Money back Guarantee
On dedicated servers, no full refund will be honored -- the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply. We reserve the right to refund a prorated amount or no refund at all.
Each of HostFLV.com's managed shared and reseller servers carry a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for monthly shared or reseller packages and does not apply to dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, Hosting add-ons or domain name purchases.
9b.) Uptime Guarantee
If your shared / reseller server has a physical downtime that is not within the 99% uptime you may receive one month of credit on your account. Approval of the credit is at the discretion of HostFLV.com dependant upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability. The uptime of the server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system of the server which may differ from the uptime reported by individual services. To request a credit, please contact sales@HostFLV.com with justification. All requests must be made in writing via email. Uptime guarantees only apply to shared / reseller solutions. Non-Managed Dedicated servers are not covered by our uptime guarantee.
10.) Reseller: Client Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. HostFLV.com does not provide support to our Reseller's Clients. If a reseller's client contacts us, we reserve the right to place the client account on hold until the reseller can assume their responsibility for their client. All support requests must be made by the reseller on their clients' behalf for security purposes. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients'. HostFLV.com will hold any reseller responsible for any of their clients actions that violate the law or the terms of service.
11.) Shared (non-reseller accounts)
Shared accounts may not resell web hosting to other people, if you wish to resell hosting you must use a reseller account.
12.) Dedicated Servers
HostFLV.com reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for their dedicated server on file to prevent downtime from forced password resets. HostFLV.com reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by us and it is the responsibility of the client to maintain backups or have a solution for this. You may purchase an additional hard drive and maintain backups to it as the most simple solution. Please contact sales@HostFLV.com if you wish to obtain a secondary hard drive. It is your responsibility to maintain backups.
13.) Price Change
The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on HostFLV.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.
14a.) Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold HostFLV.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against HostFLV.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HostFLV.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with HostFLV.com; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from HostFLV.com's server.
14b.) Arbitration
By using any HostFLV.com services, you agree to binding arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against HostFLV.com or its subsidiaries, such disputes will be handled by an arbitrator of HostFLV.com's choice. All decisions rendered by that arbitrator will be binding and final. You are also responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.
15.) Disclaimer
HostFLV.com shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. HostFLV.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. HostFLV.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by HostFLV.com and its employees.
16.) Disclosure to law enforcement
HostFLV.com may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies.
We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
17.) Changes to the TOS
HostFLV.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use Policy
HostFLV.com's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what HostFLV.com expects of them while using the service. All users of HostFLV.com's Internet services: those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Services, must comply with this AUP and our TOS (Terms of Service).
Use of HostFLV.com Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to HostFLV.com's AUP as well as HostFLV.com's TOS (Terms of Service)
We support the free flow of information and ideas over the Internet and do not actively monitor subscriber activity under normal circumstances. Similarly, we do not exercise editorial control over the content of any web site, e-mail transmission, newsgroups, or other material created or accessible over or through the services, except for certain proprietary Web sites. However, in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service), we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP. HostFLV.com may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing. Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or immediate termination of either your HostFLV.com account or other actions as detailed in Section 3 WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
This document is intended to provide a basic understand of HostFLV.com's Acceptable Use Policy. The following are guidelines for the establishment and enforcement of HostFLV.com's AUP:
Ensure reliable service to our customers:
Ensure security and privacy of our systems and network, as well as the networks and systems of others Comply with existing laws Maintain our reputation as a responsible service provider Encourage responsible use of the Internet and discourage activities which reduce the usability and value of Internet services Preserve the value of Internet resources as a conduit for free expression and exchange of information Preserve the privacy and security of individual users. HostFLV.com intends to provide its customers access to everything the Internet has to offer. While HostFLV.com is firmly committed to the principles of free speech, certain activities that may be damaging to the resources of both HostFLV.com and the Internet and cannot be permitted under the guise of free speech. The resources of HostFLV.com and the Internet are limited, and abuse of these resources by one user has a negative impact on the entire community.We do not routinely monitor the activity of accounts except for measurements of system utilization and the preparation of billing records. However, in our efforts to promote good citizenship within the Internet community, we will respond appropriately if we become aware of inappropriate use of our service.
You may not use your dedicated rack or virtual site to publish material, which HostFLV.com determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent or objectionable. For purposes of this policy, "material" refers to all forms of communications including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs, video recordings, and audio recordings. Adult content is allowed as long as all models are at least 18 years of age and the material is otherwise legal.
If a HostFLV.com account is used to violate the Acceptable Use Policy or our TOS, we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice. We prefer to advise customers of inappropriate behavior and any necessary corrective action, however, flagrant violations of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of service. Our failure to enforce this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.

The following constitute violations of this AUP:
Illegal use: HostFLV.com's services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. HostFLV.com reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.Harm to minors: Use of HostFLV.com service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.
Threats: Use of HostFLV.com service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
Harassment: Use of HostFLV.com service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.
Fraudulent activity: Use of HostFLV.com service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes," "ponzi schemes," and "chain letters."
Forgery or impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying infrmation is prohibited. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
Unsolicited commercial e-mail / Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM): Use of HostFLV.com service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate termination of the offending HostFLV.com account.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, anyone hosting websites or services on their server that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their account immediately removed from our network. The account will not be reconnected until such time that you agree to remove ANY and ALL traces of the offending material immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access to the account to confirm that all material has been COMPLETELY removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal of the account from our network without notice to the customer. Any account guilty of a second violation WILL be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice.E-mail / News Bombing: Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending HostFLV.com account.
E-mail / Message Forging: Forging any message header, in part or whole, of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through HostFLV.com service is in violation of this AUP.
Usenet SPAMing: HostFLV.com has a zero tolerance policy for the use of its network for the posting of messages or commercial advertisements, which violate the rules, regulations, FAQ or charter of any newsgroups or mailing list. Commercial messages that are appropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.
Unauthorized access: Use of HostFLV.com service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of HostFLV.com's or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending HostFLV.com account is subject to immediate termination.
Copyright or trademark infringement: Use of HostFLV.com service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.
Collection of personal data: Use of HostFLV.com service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.
Network disruptions and unfriendly activity:
Use of HostFLV.com service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use HostFLV.com Services or the Internet. This includes "denial of service" (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber may not, through action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. A Subscriber may not permit their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company and/or individual's computer system will result in immediate account termination. HostFLV.com will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.Fraud: Involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it.
Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.
Distribution of Viruses: Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
Inappropriate Use of Software: Use of software or any device that would facilitate a continued connection, i.e. pinging, while using HostFLV.com services could result in suspension service.
Third Party Accountability: HostFLV.com subscribers will be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account, that violates guidelines created within the Acceptable Use Policy.
Forbidden Content: It is absolutely forbidden to host illigal content or IRC servers. Accounts found hosting this material will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
IRC networks: It is absolutely forbidden to host an IRC server that is part of or connected to another IRC network or server. Accounts found to be connecting to or part of these networks will be immediately removed from our network without notice. The server will not be reconnected to the network until such time that you agree to completely remove any and all traces of the IRC server, and agree to let us have access to your server to confirm that the content has been completely removed. Any server guilty of a second violation will result in immediate account termination.
Security:
You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.Your password provides access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is prohibited. You should take care to prevent others from using your account since you will be held responsible for such use. Attempting to obtain another user's account password is strictly prohibited, and may result in termination of service.
You must adopt adequate security measures to prevent or minimize unauthorized use of your account. You may not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is prohibited. Examples of these tools include, but are not limited to, password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools.
You may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network ("denial of service attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to, "flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host.
Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. HostFLV.com will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.
Network Performance:
HostFLV.com accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive use or abuse of these shared network resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of HostFLV.com systems or networks. HostFLV.com reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities without notice. HostFLV is not responsible for restoring access to or unsuspending such accounts.
REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF HostFLV.com AUP
HostFLV.com requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this AUP direct the information to the Abuse Department by opening a support ticket here: http://support.HostFLV.com/tickets/ .If available, please provide the following information:
* The IP address used to commit the alleged violation
* The date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone or offset from GMT
* Evidence of the alleged violation
* E-mail with full header information provides all of the above, as do system log files.Other situations will require different methods of providing the above information. HostFLV.com may take any one or more of the following actions in response to complaints:
* Issue written or verbal warnings
* Suspend the Member's newsgroup posting privileges
* Suspend the Member's account
* Terminate the Member's account
* Bill the Member for administrative costs and/or reactivation charges
* Bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, cause by violations.
REVISIONS TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
HostFLV.com reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our TOS (Terms of Service) and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service).
